Phone calls are always answered, couriers always organized and service is great. All of the above also in record time. I feel we are always in a hurry and you understand that we are selling time. You always try to accommodate each situation in a calm and efficient way. Over the years that I have dealt with you as a person and company I always felt important as a client. This is also a first where service and warranty agreements are met as explained without question and this speaks of great integrity. Thanks for being a great representative for the company and always going the extra mile. This includes extra training and investing your time to help us. No emails or fancy letters, just a phone call and the problems are sorted in a few days, if not the same day already.
I do believe your product and service changed our whole industry. It helps us make diagnoses quicker and more accurately. Sheep and dog wise too, but especially in cattle. It helped me to accurately identify pathology and pregnancies in cows. If a seller asks me to certify, the Easi Scan Go helped me to do it with confidence.
